Please note the following:

1. Come on an empty stomach. Allow 3-4 hours after a heavy meal and 1 hour after a light snack.

2. A T-shirt and loose fitting shorts or trousers are ideal clothing for Yoga. However, any loose clothing that does not restrict movement or constrict the waist is acceptable. Classes are performed in bare feet.

3. Notify the teacher before class if suffering from any medical condition or injury.

4. Bring blankets, mat etc. if you have them. A limited supply of Yoga equipment is provided for general use.

General classes will introduce and expand on the range of yoga postures (asanas), adding greater depth and subtlety to the practice as the student progresses. The fundamentals of relaxation and introductory Pranayama (breathing practice) are also introduced. Students will build on their strength, stamina and flexibility and gain insight into the mental and psychological benefits of their Yoga practice.


Classes range from an hour to an hour and a half.
