Please
note the following: 1.
Come on an empty stomach. Allow 3-4 hours after a heavy meal and 1 hour
after a light snack. General classes will introduce and expand on the range of yoga postures (asanas), adding greater depth and subtlety to the practice as the student progresses. The fundamentals of relaxation and introductory Pranayama (breathing practice) are also introduced. Students will build on their strength, stamina and flexibility and gain insight into the mental and psychological benefits of their Yoga practice.
